Wattsmart & ThermWise Approved Contractor
Utah insulation rebates for 2026
Hansen Rebate Concierge: we find it, we fill it out, you get paid.
Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart and Enbridge Gas ThermWise are the two utility programs that pay Utah homeowners to insulate in 2026. Hansen / All Seasons Insulation is an approved contractor for both. We check your home against both, show your rebates on your quote, and prepare your paperwork.
Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart insulation rebates
For homes with electric heat or central air. Cash back per square foot on attic, wall and floor insulation, up to $0.65 per square foot on walls and floors in electrically heated homes. Homes must be at least 10 years old.
Enbridge Gas ThermWise insulation rebates
For Enbridge Gas customers. Cash back on attic insulation (up to $0.32 per square foot), walls, floors, air sealing (up to $850) and duct sealing (up to $450). ThermWise insulation rebates require an authorized contractor like Hansen.
Many homes qualify for both
A home with Enbridge Gas heat and central air on Rocky Mountain Power can earn from both utilities on the same attic.

Code only requires R-38 in your attic, but Enbridge Gas's ThermWise attic rebate pays only when the finished attic reaches R-49 to R-60. Going past code is what unlocks the rebate, and we file the paperwork for you. The federal insulation tax credit ended December 31, 2025, so utility rebates are now the main incentive available.
