Working on a project that needs insulation specs or a bid package?
We work directly with builders and architects — volume pricing, technical documentation, and one coordinated crew.
Sound and Mechanical Specs
We spec and install acoustic and mechanical insulation alongside the thermal envelope:
- Mineral wool at interior partitions, floor-ceiling assemblies and mechanical rooms
- Unit-separation walls and floors in townhomes and multifamily projects, where the building code requires a sound rating of STC 50 between units; we work to the tested assembly your design calls for
- Mechanical rooms insulated and sealed to Utah's 2026 code
- Duct insulation to R-8 outside conditioned space
- Pipe and radiant/boiler piping insulation
- Firestopping and joint penetration work
One point of contact coordinates all of it with the thermal scope, so the envelope, acoustics and mechanical insulation don't fall between trades.
